About SP Funds Global Technology ETF (SPTE)

The SP Funds S&P Global Technology ETF (SPTE) is a Shariah compliant exchange-traded fund tracking the S&P Global 1200 Shariah Information Technology (Sector) Capped Index. It provides exposure to global technology companies that comply with Islamic law, drawn from the information technology sector as classified by GICS within the S&P Global 1200 Shariah universe. As of 31 March 2026 the index held 102 constituents from 14 countries, with a weighted average market capitalisation of approximately 1.55 trillion US dollars. Holdings span the United States, Taiwan, the Netherlands, Japan, Germany and Canada, covering e-commerce, cloud computing and healthcare technology. SPTE is listed on NYSE, follows AAOIFI principles, screens out high-leverage companies and is passively managed.
